4G & 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) is “what is available best effort.” Factors such as network congestion at peak hours and downloads in progress may affect the actual speed and are completely outside our control.

*Our HomeLine uses VoIP technology. VoIP Phones are cheaper, have more features than a standard phone line, and you can keep your existing number. HomeLine doesn’t usually support 111 emergency service, phone directory listings, health line, old security alarm systems, etc. However, if you do make a 111 call, it will connect if possible. The operator will not know your physical location so you will need to provide this information to them.
